Fertility Care Plan
Our Fertility Care Plan starts with a 30 minute confidential call between you and one of our fertility advisors to assess where you are on your fertility journey. During this call we will discuss your reproductive history, menstrual cycles, general health, digestive health and relevant family histories for both partners. We will send you a short questionnaire in advance of the call so that we can make the most of our time together.
Your personal Fertility Care Plan may involve screening tests and/or treatments with our specialist fertility experts in acupuncture, nutrition, counselling support, blood tests, unltrasound, and sperm tests.
Once you have booked your appointments with our community of like-minded healthcare professionals in complementary medicine and diagnostics, you can then book your follow up call with your advisor, who can review and make any necessary adjustments to your plan.
The Steps to your Fertility Care Plan
The process to your personalised Fertility Care Plan is simple:
STEP 1
Book your Fertility Care Plan Call
This is a 30 minute confidential call between you and one of our fertility advisors to assess where you are on your fertility journey. This video call will be done online via our secure telehealth website. During this call we will discuss your reproductive history and make an individual Fertility Care Plan for you. We will discuss menstrual cycles, general health, digestive health and relevant family histories for both partners. Your care plan may include investigations such as scans, blood tests or semen analysis. We will send you a short questionnaire in advance of the call so that we can make the most of our time together.
STEP 2
Receive your personalised Fertility Care Plan and book your tests/treatments
Based on the information you share with our advisors during your call we will make a specific Fertility Care Plan for you. You will receive this plan by email. It will include booking links for the recommended test or treatments where and when you need them. All our Associates providing these services are specially trained in supporting couples on their fertility journeys and will share your results with your NFH advisor allowing a holistic view of your fertility health.
STEP 3
Book your Follow-Up Call with your Advisor
This is a 60-minute video call between you and your fertility advisor to review the results of your tests and make any necessary adjustments to your plan. Who will design my Fertility Care Plan?
One of our team of specialist fertility acupuncturists will meet you on these calls and will make your fertility care plan. These specialists have undergone training with a clinical gynaecologist, and use a mixture of their traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) with western medical knowledge to help you optimise your reproductive health.
Is a GP referral needed?
No GP or consultant referral needed.

No. This service is a complementary service which can guide your journey. For a definitive diagnosis we recommend your results be reviewed with your GP.
